Booking fee

Booking fees are due upon booking and are NON-Refundable and NON-Transferrable. You have 24 hours to make your payment upon choosing your date and time slot, otherwise your appointment will be cancelled.

Your remaining balance will be DUE at your initial appointment.


We are by-appointment only. All appointments can be made through our booking links under the “Bookings” tab. For all other inquiries, please fill out the “CONTACT US” form.

Late Or No-Shows

Please respect everyone’s time! Including the client after you. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will be considered as a No-Show and will need to reschedule. If you know you are going to be late, please give us a call so we can expect your arrival.

*All No-Shows with no communications will automatically forfeit their appointment and booking fee. We will not accept rescheduling for No-Show clients.
No-Show clients will be charged 50% of the service cost.


We do not accept cancellations. All booking fees are NON-REFUNDABLE and any other rescheduling made after the 48 hour grace period will require another deposit and will be charged a $100 cancellation fee.

*Clients may reschedule their brow appointment once with a 48hours advance notice. If you DO NOT reschedule within that time frame, you will lose your deposit. Any other future appointments will require another deposit to book a new date.


If you have old permanent makeup done by another artist, you MUST send a clear photo in good lighting to . Not all brows are possible to cover-up. Removals may be recommended to start the transformation process.

Touch -Ups

Healed results vary with each individual client. We have no control over what occurs during the healing process. Additional touch ups can be required at an additional cost, there are many factors to cosmetic tattoo healing process that we can not control. We can not guarantee that the permanent makeup procedure will fully replace all the makeup products you used to apply on your brows, or lips.

Guests and Children

Guests are NOT allowed during your appointments. We do make exceptions if you need a translator. Your translator must wait in the waiting area during the service. They may be asked to wait in their car if the waiting area is full.

Privacy policy

No personal information and/or mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties
