CANCELLATION POLICY

A deposit is required for your cosmetic tattooing bookings. This deposit amount is non-refundable.

We require at least 48 hours notice in advance if you would like to reschedule your appointment.

If you cancel your appointment last minute (less than 48 hours), you will lose your deposit.

If you cancel the deposit within 48 hours, it will be moved to credit under one condition: you must reschedule the same appointment within 1 months.
